Dr. Quintisha Walker is a Quadruple board-certified Physician specializing in Family Medicine, Addiction Medicine, Obesity Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, Psychiatry and Functional & Integrative Psychiatry. She integrates a holistic and patient-centered approach that bridges conventional, functional, and integrative psychiatry to help individuals achieve both mental and physical well-being.
She completed her medical degree at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and her Family Medicine Residency at Central Michigan University. Dr. Walker pursued further specialization through fellowships at the University of California–Irvine in both Primary Care Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine.
Her passion to integrate care led her to complete a fellowship through Psychiatry Redefined in Functional & Integrative Psychiatry earning the credentials of Certified Functional Psychiatry Provider (CFPP). She has additional training through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI) and has completed coursework with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). Dr. Walker brings a unique perspective to healing—one that addresses the biological, psychological, and social aspects of health.
In addition to her clinical and academic pursuits, Dr. Walker holds a MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, where she concentrated on Healthcare Management and Finance, equipping her with the leadership and organizational insight to innovate within healthcare systems.
